Since joining FB Credit Services in 2015, Lauren has advanced through multiple leadership roles, ultimately becoming Chief Operating Officer in September 2024. She works closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. Overseeing all operational departments and staff, Lauren plays a key role in driving business growth and strategic expansion alongside the leadership team.

Alexia joined the team in August 2024 and has played a key role in strengthening the FBCS compliance standards. Known for her dedication to supporting others and ensuring smooth operations, she takes pride in her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability. Lexi is a trusted team member who consistently contributes to a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in the collections industry. He founded FB Credit Services, LLC in April of 2013 and served as Chief Operating Officer until September of 2024. Now an active Partner, he focuses on acquiring new clients and works closely with the COO to support business operations, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships.

​Stuart brings decades of experience in the legal accounts receivable industry, having started his career in collections in 1987. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles as a manager, director, and executive across several national collection agencies and a major multi-state regional law firm. His deep industry expertise and strategic leadership have been instrumental in driving operational success and client satisfaction.
